My 4month puppy is not eating his dog foods even after changing the flavour from beef to chicken. Can I feed him human foods which are safe for him?

It is very difficult to create a diet ftrom human foods that is nutritionally complete for a dog. It would be better for you to find out why he is not eating. I would have him examined by the vet to rule out any physical problems. If he is healthy, then the problem may be behavioral. if you have been switching foods or trying to give him human foods, he might have an upset stomach and not want to eat for that reason. Choose a high quality food and stick with it. Put his bowl down at dinnertime, without fuss, and leave it for 15 minutes. When the time is up remove the bowl, again without fuss, whether he has eaten or not. Do not give him anything else to eat (not even smacks or treats) until his next mealtime. Repeat the process. When he is hungry enough, he will eat. Remember that you are not starving him; he is CHOOSING not to eat. This may take a few days or more to resolve itself, but if you stick to the plan he will eat when he sees that not eating will not get him any special attention.
