I just got a 9 year old male un-neutered teacup miniature pinscher. He’s been fine the past week just last night he’s been making a very dry hacking sound. We live in a rather cold climate -17c today and I’ve taken him for walks. I put on jackets and sweaters but he did get very cold a couple times. Is it possible he caught a cold? He was lethargic this morning but seems better now the cough(?) is still present and alarming.
