my kitten (3 months) got his vaccination 3 days ago. but he became very lithargic and got diarrhea. i took him to the vet and he said it was just a side effect and gave him some medicines. but now he is having a lot of mucous and blood too with the diarrhea. should i take him to the vet again? should i wait for a day or 2? this is my first time with a kitten so i am really worried.
