My 11 year old beagle has developed a croupy sounding cough. She only coughs a couple of times a day but it’s followed by gagging. Otherwise she seems fine. Help! Thanks!

This is usually worked up by at least doing a thorough physical examination and thoracic radiographs. Treatment will heavily depend on the actual cause.
