My moms cat has an aural hematoma for over a year now. He never acts differently though, he eats sleeps drinks perfectly, plays around good but his ear is messed. It’s not swollen it’s just very very small and curved. Is he going to get very very sick, and or die because it’s untreated? I clean it once every 2 days with ear antibiotics or ear cleaners.
