My cat has had very dry skin, I’ve tried aloe wipes for kittens, skin and hair vitamins, a bath in special conditioner, and switched his wet food. He had some hot spots that have come and then healed, and he recently had dandruff. How can I fix this problem? And will his hair grow back where the hot spots were?
