I used homeopet dewomer on Katey. It’s been about 4 weeks or longer. He has thrown up 3 times. It looked like fur and some dead worms. Is this a good sign or does he need more treatment? Is this dangerous for my family? He goes to the bathroom outside, we do not have litter in the house. Do you think this product is a good one? It is homeopathic. They said to treat cats every 2 months.

This is not a good sign and indicates that he has a high worm burden. This product, like other homeopathic products, has not actually been tested for efficacy, or safety. This is because it's not actually considered a medication.
However, it's likely safe considering it is likely nothing more than water. Homeopathy has demonstrated (through scientific studies) that is doesn't work and is not recognized as an appropriate treatment option in the medical and veterinary profession. Below is a link to a good article that explains homeopathy.

There are much better and effective products available that will rid Katey of him worms. I recommend first taking him to the vet for an exam, because he may have other problems that are causing him to vomit and they will be able to give the most appropriate dewormer for the type of worms he has.
I hope that helps and Katey gets better soon.
