My dog hit his head hard on the living room leg when jumping kff the couch and now his pupil is red and cloudy and he doesn’t have any response. What is going on??? I don’t have money to take him to the vet.

My dog is an 11 yr old dachsund. He has been sneeding with some blood tineed mucus. Now he is snorting and has a heard time breathing if he snorts too long. He was on antibiotics for 10 days, ow he takes benadryl. Is there something he can take to eliminate mucus? Mucinex maybe?
