Assuming this is not behavioral regurgitation as part of courtship, vomiting is a medical emergency in parrots, and requires a diagnosis + treatment. There are many possible causes including infection, ingestion of toxic substances, systematic diseases, GI obstruction etc. I can't really recommend treatment without knowing the cause. Taking the bird to a vet is the best thing to do if possible.
