I gave my female 4-year old spayed cat the anti-parasite initial dosis, and 7 hours later she vomited it with her previous meal. Two hours later she threw up again, and one hour later she ate a fair amount of wet food. She also had mild soft stools with a strong odor. Is it normal? Should I repeat the initial dosis? After 1-2 hrs most of that medication was absorbed, even though you say some of it in the vomitus. I would not repeat the dosage because it appears that Mikaela may be sensitive to the medication. I would suggest using a different brand of dewormer the next go round, such as Pyrantel Palmoate or Fenbendazole and also make sure you are following the package for the correct dosage amount.
