This lump has just appeared on my dogs leg, it doesn’t seem to be causing any discomfort and it’s quite hard to the touch, can you help?

I gave my female 4-year old spayed cat the anti-parasite initial dosis, and 7 hours later she vomited it with her previous meal. Two hours later she threw up again, and one hour later she ate a fair amount of wet food. She also had mild soft stools with a strong odor. Is it normal? Should I repeat the initial dosis? In case I should, when?
