Last night my 4 month old kitten was acting really sleepy and was not eating much. i notced a spot of blood on the floor and then later she got in a bag and got reaally scared and it seemed as if she sprayed blood when that happened. is she in heat?

I don't think Rey is bleeding due to a heat cycle. Cats don't bleed externally like dogs. I would be concerned there is bleeding in her bladder or her rectum. Both of which are concerning and need to be addressed. I would recommend to take her into the vet today for a stool sample and a urine sample. Its would be helpful if you could bring the freshest stool sample you can find in her litter box. I hope this helps!
