Based on the pictures you provided and you description of what is going on, I am concerned that Pickles is very ill. Generalized weakness like she is displaying can be caused by several things but I would be most concerned about an infection or a nutritional problem like low calcium.

My best recommendation is for you to take Pickles to an avian veterinarian to be examined and possibly to have lab work performed. Birds can become very ill in a short period of time so the sooner you can have her looked at the better.
