My vet is saying that we don’t have Coombs test in lebanon.. and i need to know if Chiyo anemia was caused my onion poisoning OR autoimmune desease (the only 2 options left after all the tests done),so i can use the right medication instead of giving a lot of meds to a small body like Chiyo. Can i send blood for Coombs test abroad? What do u recommend? Is there any other way to precise the cause? Note that chiyo HcT is stable since the blood transfusion

It should be possible for your vet to submit a sample to an international laboratory but it would most likely be into the new year. The sample must be analysed as soon as possible so postal times and also packaging regulations must be considered carefully
