It's always difficult to tell depth from pictures, but this appears to be a corneal ulcer. This means that there is damage to the outside of the eye. This tends to happen more commonly with chihuahuas and other breeds with these bulging eyes. Their eyes can more easily get damaged, or dry-out.

I recommend taking Nuynuy to the vet for an exam, so they can accurately diagnose this and prescribe the best treatment to make this heal.
