There may be various reasons for an Iguana to turn dark. It is sometimes seen with dehydrated animals or ones that are ill (e.g. with kidney disease). If she is also lethargic I would definitely take her to the vet ASAP. Also, please have a look at care sheets and make sure you are giving her the correct conditions as this is very important for young Iguanas in particular.
