My dog has eaten about ten iron tablet 200mg each, I have rang emergency vet and he said that there isn’t much I can do but just give him some salt water, and keep an eye on him, he refused to drink the salt water due to tasting it and obviously not liking it, but I put some salt in some warm milk and he drank the lot, is there anything that you could recommend
