Can I use neosporin on my dog. She has had some issues with rubbing her face in the grass. .She has rubbed it almost raw and it is redThis has been going on for awhile. I had her at the vet back in the summer and she said it was allergies. Gave her some anitbiotics which cleared it up a little but it keeps coming back.. Any help would be appreciated
