Is this a Cancer growth? Dog was diagnosed about 4 months ago with it but not where exactly. Just wondering if I should go to the vet about this. It’s the upper lip of my 10 year old boxer. Thank you

On a boxer of that age I would be very concerned that cancer is a possibility. The only way to know for sure is to have your vet remove it or biopsy it to see what kind it is and what your long term options are to keep it under control
