Poor Soldier! It sounds like she may have a fracture or sprain, which are definitely painful. Unfortunately, I am not able to prescribe any medications without ever seeing Soldier. I recommend trying to keep her as calm as possible in the meantime. You can also try to apply a cold compress to the area if Soldier will allow. Most towns/cities have an emergency clinic that is open 24 hours, which would be open and the vets there would be able to determine what is going on and prove pain medication if necessary.
