Hi, our kitten has had a bloated stomach, bad breath and a hoarse meow for about a week now. She eats and drinks but sleeps quite a bit and doesn’t really play. We were wondering if it could be worms or something else. Thanks

Worms are a possibility but I would also be concerned with an infection. Kittens can typically have viral upper respiratory infections or a GI infection to cause these signs. You can pick up a dewormer at any pet store or vet to try but due to the change in voice and odor, I would get her checked for a respiratory infection that may need medication.
