Anytime there is vomiting with bloody diarrhea then she needs to be checked by a vet as this can lead to dehydration and weakness very quickly. This can be from an infection or eating something she was not suppose to that may cause a pancreatitis. Take away her food and water to let her stomach rest and try boiled chicken and rice to start back with since this is bland and easy if you can’t take her right away but I strongly encourage you to take her as soon as can to an ER clinic
