Hi, I am pretty sure my dog has pink eye in both his eyes! Very pink droopy and itchy, little bit of funk canenout this am. I have drop for pink eye from my daughter… can I use them on my dog??

Poor guy. This appears to be possible ectropion and 3rd eyelid elevation (cherry eye) on both sides. It is hard to say for sure because of the far away photo.
Pets can also get conjunctivitis and infections but this causes a green/yellow discharge from the eyes and redness of the sclera (white part of the eye), which i cannot appreciate from your photo here. I also am not sure what color the gunk is that you referred to, but unless it’s green or yellow, then the eye medication used for your daughter may not be applicable here. There are also tons of different eye medications for people so you have to be very specific as to what kind you have available.
At any rate, if this is a cherry eye, then keeping the eye moisturized is advised until your vet can do a complete eye exam and treatment plan to hopefully get this resolved. Over the counter rewetting eye drops are fine to use for this. I hope that your pet Boris gets his eye condition resolved soon. Take care.
