How to get a bit of debris out of my dogs eye. It doesn’t seem to be bothering her too much (no pawing or wining) but she is struggling to keep her eye open.

I doubt her eye is closed like that because of debris in the eye, it's much more likely to be due to either an infection or a scratch on the cornea. you can take a piece of cotton wool, wet it slightly and wipe the eye very gently, if there is something superficial on the eye it will clean it, but if it doesn't work you will need to take her to the vet ASAP in order to get it treated.
