My German Shepherd was fine yesterday ate and drank just like she’s supposed to. This morning she was winning I went out to get her ready for a walk I found a crate full of wet so I assumed she peed I took her out to get her food and water. She downed 2bowls full of water, but would not touch her food. I also assumed she just wasn’t hungry yet so I went outside and we played and she went potty. She still would not touch her food. I’m worried she may be sad or sick after visiting my brothers pups

Thanks for using PetCoach! Oh wow she is adorable! Possible conditions include dietary indiscretion, pancreatitis, gastroenteritis, among other possibilities. Since this is so recent, I would just continue to monitor her for the next 24-36 hours. If other symptoms develop like lethargy, diarrhea or vomiting develop or this does not resolve in that period, have her evaluated by your veterinarian. Hopefully this will be just transient. Keep water available at all times. You can add a bit of chicken broth to her food to encourage her to eat it. Good luck!
