My black dog has a slight case of dandruff he is on a high quality diet what other things can I do

Hello my cat is currently not doing well, not eating and tired. Took to vet was given fluids , antibiotics and appetite stimulant and has X-ray done .She has inflammed intestines and they are working to help get that down but seeing as a holiday they are closed. Do I wait 2 more days to bring back in if she isn’t doing better ?
