My 8 month old lab has bumps around his nose, mouth, neck. He seems to be fine. I don’t know if it’s serious or just scratches from our cat.

I don’t think they are from the cat. I am suspicious of a skin infection, or even the possibility of mites or ringworm. I don’t think this is an emergency to go to an emergency clinic over the holidays, but I do think he should see your regular veterinarian soon. They may want to do a skin scrape to look for mites and they may consider sending him home with medicated shampoo and antibiotics. Best of luck and thank you for using Pet Coach.
