My dog has had this bump on his tongue for a little more than a month. It doesn’t seem to be bothering him. It’s gotten a little bigger over the month but its hardly noticeable. We think he bit his tongue because it appeared suddenly. It looks like a blister, its raised and hard. Not sure if its something to worry about.
