Hello. It is very important to try & narrow down the causes of the diarrhea. Is it parasitic, inflammatory, infectious, or even possibly neoplastic. Your veterinarian is the best person to try & diagnose the problem & start your kitties on the proper treatment(s), Usually we start with a good dewormer, but antibiotics, probiotics, special diets & stool modifiers are all used to try & resolve the diarrhea.
