Hi, we recently (about 3 weeks ago) got my 6 month old cat spayed. Last week my wife and I went away and our cat sitter text us saying she noticed a golf ball sized hard lump on her belly, that I hadn’t noticed before we left. She is not showing any signs of pain even when I touch the lump she is ok. She also started having diarrhea yesterday so I’m obviously a little concerned. I’m just wondering if this is deemed “normal” after spaying and will subside. my vet isn’t there till tomorrow morning

This could be a seroma, which is when fluid fills the space due to too much activity after surgery. It can be a side effect, but without seeing Maui in person, I can't say for certain. When your vet comes back into the office, have her seen to be safe. Tonight, keeps her as quite as possible. Best of luck.
