Hard to see on the photo but is the cere thickened and tan? That is not normal in males and could be an indication of a testicular tumor secreting estrogen. Other illnesses are possible such as infections, metabolic disorders (liver, kidney) and other problems. Provide heat support in the 80-85 F range, this can provide some aid. A veterinary visit earlier in the disease process has a better prognosis.
