My dog has this bad skin issue. He has itching and now has open sores from itching. Was located just on the top of his neck. Now it’s down to his jaw area. I’ve tried otc itching spray. Does help. He does have allergies where his skin becomes irritated. I haven’t seen it this irritated before. Wondering what I should do to help him? Given him baths as well as Benadryl
