My 6 year old black Labrador keeps licking and biting the inside of his thighs, he seams to have a rash or bites. I can’t tell what it is. He also rubs his face and back against the walls after eating, but I can’t find any other affected area than the inside of his legs by his genitals.

Poor Indy! It looks like he does have a rash or he could have a skin infection secondary to the licking and biting. It may be he has fleas, mites, or allergies causing this behavior. I'd have him seen by a vet first thing in the morning. The vet can diagnose what is causing this and can treat him.
