There are a variety of eye washes and rinses you can get at your local pet supply store that are safe to use for pets. I have an example linked below. If the redness is due to an infection of the eye however, there are no over the counter medications that will truly help. Typically, antibiotic eye drops are needed for eye infections. If you try the eye rinse and no improvements are seen, then I would take Levi into see his veterinarian.
