My puppy is vomiting and has done it about 5 times in the last hour. The first couple of times it was mainly undigested food but now it looks like small amounts of food and liquid

I have a Teddy bear hamster, he was a class pet given to my 4 year old autistic son. We recently noticed that Teddy's anus is swollen and black, and when he urinates it smell more awful then before. I have not notice any diarrhea, just that his butt is black and swollen. And if I have to take him to the vet, any recommendations?
