My cat is 4-5 weeks old but he doesn’t want to drink any water mixed with milk or water. He eats normally, his poops look completely normal. No matter what he doesn’t even open his mouth when we get the water&milk/water near him. We somehow seem to get some drops in his mouth so that he can make it through the day. This has been happening for 2 or 3 days. He won’t even from a bowl. We washed him 2 days ago with warm water. What do we have to do to make him drink normally? Will he be ok?

At 4-5 weeks Blacky does not need to have milk anymore. As kittens and puppies age they actually become lactose intolerant. Plain water at this time is perfectly fine. Also if Blacky is eating an all canned food diet there is more water in the canned food than dry. They tend to drink less water when eating an all canned food diet. If Blacky is eating, urinating, defecating, playing and otherwise normal I would assume he is getting what he needs. If you are still worried then add water to his canned food gradually to trick him into getting more eater.
