Hello , my beautiful dog leesee is 3 years old , she has been licking the inside of her front left paw for about 2 days now . We thought it might be a hotspot in her paw so we got some medication from the pet store and spread it in there but that does not seem to help . I am kinda freaking out about it because I dont want anything bad to happen to her . Please help .
