I bought 2 snails yesterday morning to help clean the tank I have it is a biorb tank with ceramic media. I was told that they would move around and clean the tank but they have not really gone anywhere since we bought them. Should I be worried?

They may still be acclimating to the tank. Most snails are nocturnal also, so they will be less active during the day. Give them time and monitor them.
