HELP – I cannot get my 7 year old rescue dog to stop peeing in the house! She will pee outside, then 5-10 minutes later, she will pee on the rug – any suggestions? Between her peeing and barking, it’s driving me crazy1

I adopted Romeo, 1 year ago. He was extremely scared of everything and till this day he gets stressed several times a day. He's a sweet & quiet dog. The problem is new toys. He takes the toy (I tried so many different types), and start to chew and shallow everything he can. I don't have a problem if he wants to destroy the toy while playing, but I'm afraid about swallowing material. When I tried to politely tell him no, he ran under the bed.I tried to play w/ him but he isn't really interested.
