Hi, I have a 10 week old puppy that I am rehoming tomorrow. The puppy just had his first 5-in-1 vaccine today. I have to travel 2 hours with the puppy to get to the new owners, and they want to meet me in a parking lot with their dogs to meet the puppy. Is my dog ok to socialize with other dogs? And on my way to the new owners can I take him out of the car to potty? Thanks in advance, I don't want to put the pup in danger but need him to get to his new home.
