My cat is an outside cat has a flea collar on. Recently it got cold, and I started noticing him cleaning himself a lot more, and has began getting bald spots, but I have also noticed that he has so dry patches as well. My question is, is there anything to put on those spots or is it something that would have to be seen by a vet?
