Hello, and thank you for using PetCoach. It is fine for you to bathe your pup yourself at home, but most groomers will require vaccines to bathe your pup for you. In addition to the groomer requirements, it is safest for your pup to have his/her vaccines first, to protect against any exposure to disease that could happen in a grooming location with lots of other dogs around. At 13 weeks, your pup should be receiving the rabies, distemper/parvovirus combination vaccines, and bordetella vaccines. I hope this helps!
