My dogs left ear has been itching so I looked inside it tonight and it seemed red and dirty. I cleaned it with dog wet wipes but wanted to know if she needs to see a vet? The last photo is of her right healthy ear.

Thanks for using PetCoach! At least based on these pictures it looks very nice and clean though a bit irritated. You can continue to watch her for now as you just cleaned it. If it continues to itch, have her evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. If there is truly an infection this is usually treated relatively easily with topical therapy.
