I changed my parakeets food as we do weekly and after giving it to my bird I noticed that there was something crawling in her food, so I immediately took the food put of her cage, and cleaned everything I her cage and I’m not sure if she ate any of the food. So today she’s not acting like her self as far a flying. What should I do?

The food should be changed more often. Ideally every day (smaller dishes can be used). As to Sunshine's condition, it is probably not related to what you saw in the food, but I would still recommend getting a new stock as the old one may have gone bad. If she is less active and is apathetic, you should take her to a vet ASAP.
