My dog has anaemia? Please see the attached photos. She is not feeling lethargic. I didn’t see any other sign.

Her gums do not appear white or pale in the photo to support an anemia. If she is not lethargic or having any symptoms you can have blood work ran toncheck her counts for sure but it would be unusual without being pale
