Hi there and thank you for using PetCoach to address your concern. Based on the photos and your description, Bailey may have been swarmed on her face by mosquitoes recently. We are now in winter but technically, mosquitoes can still be out above 50 degrees, though they become quite lethargic, they can still feed. I would recommend keeping Bailey indoors if you are not already and apply an ointment such as zymox topical ointment with hydrocortisone to help try and alleviate the bump. If these bumps become much worse or do not resolve then I would recommend having your veterinarian examine the area so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
