We are noticing that our 9 yr old female springer spaniel has blood dripping from her behind when she goes poop. She has a history of not able to express her anal glands on her own. Do I need to call our vet or Does she need to be seen?

If she is having diarrhea with the blood or vomiting then I would get her seen right away. If it is small red blood after abnormal BM then with no other changes then I would add canned pumpkin or green beans to the diet to help empty her glands and help her go to the bathroom easier without straining so much. if she brings to seen painful or uncomfortable then I would get her checked
