Hi, my parrot accidentally licked a moulded rice but just a second or two, is it bad for his body?

Hazel was missing for 2 weeks and shes finally home as of two nights ago! she has a vet appointment Thursday to get microchipped and looked over, and she hasn't acted weird aside from walking around meowing sometimes, but I think she's starting to have a little diarrhea. I have been feeding her normally since I didn't know I shouldnt. she's also a little sneezy. she's eating and drinking but should I be concerned about the other things yet or will she be okay until i can get her to the vet
