I have a possibly 4 week old puppy and he only reacts to sound can cant see but he knows I’m around I’m assuming by my sent ive only had him for about 4 days now

Puppies have their eyes open and are able to see by 2.5 weeks or so. By 4 weeks they
Should be able to see pretty well, but not 100% yet. However, there is certainly a possibility that your pup was born blind.
