My 7 day old lamb was taking bottle well un till today he wont take bottle and is laying around acting week go you have any ideas??

My kitten has lumps inside his stomach. His stomach is hard and when you put your hand on his stomach you can feel the lumps move around. He eats, sleeps, and does everything pretty much normally. He's around 2-3 months (he was rescued so I don't know his exact age). He also has fleas but I don't know if it's related to that.
